Founder
Daniel Bertholet
Daniel, the founder and Managing Partner of 4see ventures, established the firm in 2019 in Geneva, bringing to it over two decades of rich experience in venture capital and growth equity. His venture capital journey began in 2003 at Reference Capital and then at Endeavour Vision with a focus on life sciences and medical technology investments in Europe and the US.
Daniel’s leadership at 4see ventures has been marked by investments in a range of promising Swiss companies, including Distalmotion, Haya Therapeutics, Transmutex, Goodwall, Stalicla, FenX, NetGuardians, PowerAPI, Cysec and Regli. His career originated in country risk assessment in the US and as CFO in a Geneva startup. Daniel studied at the University of Geneva, the American University in Washington DC and Science Po Paris, where he earned an MBA with honours.

Robert-Philippe Bloch
Robert-Philippe Bloch serves as an independent board member at 4see ventures, bringing a wealth of over 30 years of experience in international commercial and private banking. His career includes notable positions such as Executive Vice-President at Julius Baer and Lombard Odier until 2018.
Robert-Philippe’s expertise extends to governance, negotiation, mentoring, evidenced by his roles as a board member and Chairman in various companies and banking associations within Switzerland. His deep understanding of the financial sector and strong leadership qualities make him a trusted advisor to 4see ventures.
